The health and safety of our customers, community, and families is our top priority. We have been monitoring the evolution of COVID-19 and are taking precautionary measures to help protect our community.
From Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 27, Denver Carpet & Flooring will be temporarily closing our retail store to help prevent transmission.
We will continue to provide in-home consultations with strict guidelines in place to help protect both our customers and design consultants. In addition to offering free in-home consultations, we now also offer free video consultations via video conference and screen sharing if you prefer.
We have required our independent contractor installation crews to instruct all employees, independent contractors and subcontractors to follow the appropriate procedures when working on-site, including taking precautions and following all guidelines as set forth by the CDC at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/organizations/cleaning-disinfection.html.
Should you have concerns about installations, deliveries or in-home consultations, we’re here to support you and offer flexibility to reschedule at your convenience. We encourage you to contact us at 303-625-6614 if you have questions or want to reschedule any services.
Our office location will be minimally staffed while a majority of our employees will be working from home, but with full functionality.
