The most recent experience was with a good installer who was professional, friendly, quick and efficient. I would have given five stars, except that that installer did not bring the metal threshold and reuse the old one which was a little beat up for the bathroom transition. That was a little bit disappointing. It was not too big a deal. I would suggest to the owner to make sure that these contractors bring thresholds in their van each and every job!

Being able to look at samples in our home made choosing Denver Carpet & Flooring a plus. No matter what product was chosen, a great outcome is determined by the quality of the work of the installers. The professionalism of the carpet installers far exceeded our expectations. The two men who did the work had a remarkable work ethic! They cleaned up thoroughly and asked us to be sure we were satisfied as they worked. We also had a small area where transition flooring was needed. We give that installer the same extremely high marks. Denver Carpet & Flooring was completely transparent as to what their responsibilities were before and after the project and what parts of the project were our responsibility. I guess it's pretty common and I was no exception. I chose them over other companies because of their price. I was able to do some of the work myself and save some money off of their quote. They showed how much it would cost me to move my furniture, remove the baseboards and remove the old tile. That was all work that I could do on my own. I think they are doing a good job so far.
