During your shop-at-home consultation, we bring flooring samples right to your doorstep. We will measure your space, discuss your preferences and help you choose the right flooring for your needs. We will also give you an on-the-spot estimate so you can make an informed decision in the comfort of your own home without the pressure and hassle of a traditional showroom.
How do I choose the right flooring for my home?
The best flooring comes down to your style, room usage and lifestyle. Think about durability, comfort and style. This will help you determine if carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate or tile flooring is right for you. You can also ask for our advice during your consultation.
Do you offer warranties on your flooring products or installation?
We stand behind our installation projects. All of them are backed by our Zero Regrets Guarantee. That’s why if you’re not fully satisfied with your new floors, we’ll replace it for free (you just cover the labor costs).
How much does flooring installation cost?
The costs of installation come down to the flooring you choose, the size of your space and if any additional services like moving furniture or removing old flooring are required. During your consultation, we will provide a detailed upfront estimate, so there aren’t any surprises.

What should I do to prepare for my flooring installation?
Before we install your new floors, you can do a few things to ensure the process goes smoothly. Clear the area where the flooring is going to be installed, move furniture out the way and make sure the space is accessible for our installers. If you need help moving furniture out of the way or removing old flooring, these services are available for an additional fee.
Can I see flooring samples before making a decision?
